Violating Eltham's restrictions may result in immediate rental termination and additional charges.

8. Limitation of Liability — Eltham

To the maximum extent permitted by English and Welsh law, Eltham will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or business, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms will not exceed the amount you paid to Eltham for the relevant services in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law (Eltham)
